Once activated, may I cancel this service at any time? Yes, you may cancel this service at any time you choose. There are no long term contracts required to benefit from the services we provide.

Every WebSite and WebStore Solution provides you with unlimited access to e-mail technical support as well as our Online Help and Knowledge Base. Clients with Co-Managed and Fully-Managed Solutions have a much wider array of support options available to them. Regardless of your need for design and technical assistance, we have solid answers to your every question.
Can the site be upgraded and services be added when I need additional features? Yes. All WebSite and WebStore Solutions can be upgraded to the next level of service and functionality at any time. Site Add-ons can also be secured at your will. Self-Managed and Co-Managed Solution clients can simply go to the Admin tab of the SiteBuilder management console, select Your Account, then Upgrade Plan. The details for each plan are available there. Upgrades and Add-ons for Fully-Managed Solutions are available upon request.
How easy is it to design and publish a WebSite using SiteBuilder? It's very easy. You can design a basic WebSite in a matter of hours and have it immediately available on the Internet. We recommend getting your core site setup first. Then enhance and refine your site based on organizational goals, marketing strategy, content changes, competitive analysis, and feedback from customers.
Can I change the look and feel of my site at any time? Yes. You are never locked into the design with which you started. You can change the appearance and functionality of the entire site at any time by clicking the Edit Site tab on the SiteBuilder management console.
How easy is it to customize the colors and color schemes of my site? Incredibly easy. SiteBuilder enables you to customize virtually every color and color scheme throughout the site. Unlike many other site design services, SiteBuilder does not limit you to a pre-defined set of colors and color schemes. We give you the tools and the freedom to be creative about the colors that make your site come alive.
Is there a limit to the number of pages I may build? Every solution allows for UNLIMITED pages, so there is NO LIMIT to the number of pages you may create
(subject to disk space allowances).
May I use my own domain name such as www.mycompany.com? Yes, if the particular domain name you want to use is available. Domain hosting is included with each account. If you have already purchased a domain name elsewhere, you may transfer it to be hosted on our servers for a nominal fee.
How do I go about purchasing a new domain name? You can Register a New Domain Name Now from the E-Business section of our site. Or, you can do so from within the SiteBuilder management console once your account has been activated.
May I register the site's domain name after I have activated an account? Yes. You are not required to setup a domain name when activating an account, although you will be asked if you'd like to setup a domain name following the activation. If you choose not to setup a domain name at that time, the account is still active and a Setup Web Address button will appear on your ADMIN screen. When you're ready, you can use this button to register a new domain name or to setup an existing domain name.
If I already have a domain name, may I use it for my SiteBuilder site? Yes. Once you have activated your account, you simply need to configure the DNS servers at your domain registrar to point your domain name to our servers. Select Register Domain Name on the lower left of the SiteBuilder management console navigation bar.
