Our Secure Data Centers

• Redundant Servers - Our secure servers are Dell dual 2.4GHz Pentium 4 Xeon systems and RAID 5 redundant hard drive subsystems to ensure the highest level of uptime.
• Redundant Connectivity - We utilize multiple redundant OC48 connections to separate backbone providers to ensure that data reaches the end-user in the fastest, most efficient manner possible.
• Redundant Routing - We run the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP4) for best case routing. Our entirely switched, Cisco powered network employs Cisco GSR 12000 class routers running HSRP (N+1 hot fail over) to ensure that data can be routed even in the event of a router failure.
• Redundant Power Supply - Power systems in our data centers are designed to run uninterrupted even in the unlikely event of a total power outage within the city. All servers are fed with conditioned UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) power that will run if utility power fails.
• Bandwidth Utilization - We have plenty of excess capacity, even during peak hours. This enables us to accommodate even the largest spikes in traffic that are associated with the most popular WebSites.
• Physical Security - Our data centers are physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the data centers is restricted to those holding military-grade pass cards. Furthermore, biometric hand scanners restrict access to the data centers.
