Their Circumstances:
The Woodbourne Center, a private nonprofit organization has a rich history of providing quality behavioral mental health and educational services to children and families. In the process of a complete redesign of their WebSite, the Employment & Human Resources department wanted to publish two forms that are constantly provided in print fashion to new applicants - the Employee Benefits form and the Application for Employment form. They wanted to be able to direct all new applicants to print these forms from the Woodbourne.org WebSite rather than having to continually pay for their reproduction and postage.

Their Objectives:
~ To publish employment application forms on the Web for easy viewing and printing
~ To produce and provide one master copy of each form on the Web for organizational use
~ To publish these forms on the Web in a universally accessible and printable format
~ To eliminate postage and reproduction costs of these forms and others in the future

Their Needs:
A means of publishing standard employment forms on the Web in a universally accessible and printable format in order to promote their availability and to eliminate the costs associated with their reproduction and distribution.
